He or she willingly makes the majority decisions for the group.

His or her opinions carry a lot of weight and others instinctively have trust and faith in those decisions. Oftentimes, other people in the group have more trust and faith in the leader’s thoughts and opinions than they do in their own.

An effective fitness leader is so influential, persuasive, and confident that he naturally draws other people into his or her way of thinking.

He or she gets other people to enthusiastically want to live in his or her version of what reality is (or is not) without a lot of effort.
