And, I don’t mean they just tell that to their clients in person (or anyone who will listen) or post big, bold declarations to their followers on social media.
They actually work diligently toward 100 percent congruency–even if they aren’t quite there yet.
Look, we are ALL are “work-in-progress” so don’t demand yourself to be “there” now. You must DEMAND yourself to give it your all every single day to get “there” though.
They demand themselves to actually “walk” their big “talk.” They just don’t just talk tough to their clients and followers, alleviate themselves from the pressure of stepping up, and don’t do the work they need to do.
They certainly don’t confuse online “likes” to real ACCOMPLISHMENT.
There is a saying that goes “Nice guys don’t finish last. Pleasers do.” Take the time to really think about that statement and how it applies to your coaching business–and your entire life.
You can’t aggressively go for what you really want in life with 100 percent focus, effort, and enthusiasm while you are desperately trying to be a “nice guy” who pleases other people at the same time.
It just doesn’t work.
You will end up pleasing no one. You will end up being stuck “in the middle.” I suggest you start viewing being in the middle as a horrible and extremely ineffective place to be. You will never make yourself happy and you will never make the people you are trying so hard to please happy either.
Set yourself apart from the fitness “business as usual” and adopt the Fitness-Centered Life Coaching philosophy.
